The diagnostics device used to determine the light spectrum and the polarization of the light flashes, the so-called "cookie box", generates measurement data that has been converted into sound events at the Hamburg Night of Science.
In the accelerator tunnel, the composition was presented as a permanent sound installation by sound artist Hans Schüttler. In addition, light intensity and sound could be controlled in real time using an interactive beam diagnostics experiment.
