Public Corporate Governance Reports

The aim of the German Public Corporate Governance Code (PCGC) is to strengthen transparency, responsibility, control and public trust in companies in which the Federal Republic of Germany directly or indirectly holds a majority stake. To this end, the PCGC contains recommendations and suggestions for good corporate governance as well as regulations that reflect applicable law. In its annual PCGC reports, the European XFEL GmbH describes how it implements these principles. Since 2022 (concerning the 2021 reporting period), these reports have been published on our website.
