Check in

You may check in from 13:00 on the day of your arrival. The key can be picked up at the main gate reception at the campus entrance.  

Please note we are unable to guarantee an earlier check-in prior to arrival, unless the night prior is booked for pre-registration. Should you require an earlier check-in, kindly contact the Guest House team.

Check out

Check-out time is 10:00 on the day of the departure. 

Should you require a later check-out, please contact the Guest House team for further information on the availability. 

To check out, simply drop the room keycard to one of the dropboxes located in the entrance halls of the Guest House or the Gate House.

After check-out, your luggage can be stored in the lockers in the Main Building.

Cancellation policy / No show

Your may cancel your reservation until 12:30 one day prior to the date of arrival. After this threshold, a late cancellation fee is charged.

Should your reservation be a no-show, the entire booking will be released and a no-show fee will apply. 

Methods of payment

We accept bank transfer payments that are to be received prior to the arrival. Alternatively, a credit card payment is available for stays over weekdays. Credit card payments are processed Monday through Friday, 8:30-12:30.

Kindly note we do not accept cash at any time during your stay.

Non-smoking policy

Please note the Guest House is a non-smoking property. Smoking on campus is only permitted in the designated areas. Further information on smoking policies can be found in the House Rules.

Reception opening times

The Guest House team is available every German working day, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 to 12:30. Out-of-hours support will be provided at the Gate House.
