In collaboration with local beekeepers, European XFEL honey is produced twice a year. It is called “Beetime,” a play on the term “beam time,” which refers to the periods when researchers have access to the facility’s X-ray beam.
The Beetime honey can be purchased at BeamStop during normal opening hours (Monday-Friday 07:00-15:00).
