Responsibilities
The European XFEL Project Office (XPO@DESY) provides
- support of the project management in planning and controlling of the project
- coordination of the the project internal reporting
- coordination of the project reporting to external partners and funding agencies
- cost planning and financial tracking for the entire project structure
- support of the work package leaders and planning and reporting issues
- customization and maintenance of the European XFEL project management system (MSPE4XFEL)@DESY
- maintain a consistent project plan for the European XFEL across all work packages
