EURAXESS Rights aims at better employment and working conditions for researchers throughout Europe, thereby helping to enhance the attractiveness of European research careers.
One of the cornerstones of EURAXESS Rights is the implementation of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. The Human Resources Strategy for Researchers supports the implementation of the "Charter & Code" principles and provides for the award of the "HR Excellence in Research" logo. European XFEL endorsed the "Charter for European Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers" in December 2014. In October 2015, European XFEL submitted its "Summary of the internal analysis and action plan".
